We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Planning Manager – Golden Pasta
Location: Iganmu, Lagos
Purpose of the Job
- To ensure that spares and consumables are available for plant support, and that raw and packaging materials requirement necessary to meet stock availability for production are achieved on time in full (OTIF) to support finished goods production.
The Job
- Analyze planned orders based on spare part usage and maintenance requirement.
- Generate spares requirement for quote onto overseas purchasing departments.
- Manage the stock of raw & packaging materials to ensure that there is no stock out of the materials.
- Liaise with the central purchasing department to ensure on time delivery of orders
- Ensure production inventory transaction data are accurately posted on the database to reduce variance (resulting from data inaccuracy) at the end of each month.
- Endure stocks available for sales and logistics to invoice customers’ waybills.
Qualifications
- B.Sc / HND in a relevant discipline.
- A Master’s degree will be an added advantage.
Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a manufacturing/ related industry.
- Exposure in diverse aspects of Production, Planning, Purchasing and Warehousing.
The Person Must:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- knowledge of planning tools, methods, and best practices.
- Ability to work under pressure while prioritizing and multitasking.
