Job Title: Pipeline Surveillance Support Personnel
Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers

Job Purpose
- Collate, process information streams by conducting analysis and facilitating information sharing with appropriate parties in preventing, intervening/aversions, and responding to crude oil theft-related crimes and incidents.

- Capability in the use of cutting-edge IT & Geomatic Tools Resource – Skill
- Incidents investigation and security intelligence coordination – Knowledge
- Strong communication (verbal and written), presentation, and visualization skills to develop reports and presentations – Knowledge
Additional Information:
- Possess recent T-BOSIET or HUET certification
- Awareness of the geography of SPDC operations assets – East & West.
- Pipelines & their RoWs – East & West
- Has good relational abilities – requirements to ensure cordial working relationships with the flight crew.
- Ability to work in a collaborative, team-based environment
- Support assets and projects Physical Asset Verifications (PAV) exercise.
- Has excellent analytical skills and appreciates a technical challenge.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Effective management and prioritizing multiple tasks.

- The work location is mostly office-based.
- There is, however possibility for periodical visits to remote facilities accessible via land transport, helicopter or boat, as business demands.
- Personnel shall manage their own absences with his/her contractor for suitable qualified covers, as approved by the Client.
Requirements
Academics:
- Candidate should possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science
Work Experience:
- 2 years’ experience in data management and not prone to Acrophobia, hypsophobia due to space and motion discomfort.
- Key Interfaces: IT, Pipeline RoW, SOC/Security
- Technology Platforms
- MS Office suite of applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc)
Professional Certifications:
- Data analytics, environmental health and safety management, engineering, or relevant studies.
- Technical Skills.
