Job Title: Pharmacy Technician
Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
- Assist patients with insurance forms and provide information on medications
Prescription Fulfillment and Processing:
- Receive and verify prescriptions
- Process prescriptions electronically and ensure accuracy
- Select and measure medications for prescriptions
Administrative Tasks:
- Maintain patient records and inventory management
- Perform data entry and record-keeping tasks
- Sterilize equipment and surfaces
Key Duties
- Support pharmacists in dispensing medications and providing patient care
- Maintain inventory of medications and supplies
- Process insurance claims and billing transactions
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure patient safety and medication adherence.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree / HND or OND qualification with 1 – 2 years work experience.
- Education: Pharmacy technician
- Experience: Previous experience as a pharmacy technician or in a healthcare setting
Skills:
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in medication dispensing
- Organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in pharmacy computer systems and software.
Salary
N90,000 Monthly.
