We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Personal Secretary
Location: Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate complex schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Handle personal and professional correspondence, emails, and phone calls
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
- Coordinate personal events, such as parties, dinners, and family gatherings
- Manage household staff, vendors, and service providers
- Oversee personal expenses, budgets, and financial records
- Make travel arrangements, reservations, and bookings
- Run errands, complete tasks, and perform other personal duties as requested
- Develop and maintain effective filing systems, both physical and digital
- Provide exceptional customer service and respond to inquiries.
- Respond to phone calls, emails, and general correspondence professionally.
- Assist with preparing documents, maintaining records, and managing filing systems.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, accommodations, and itineraries for company events and business meetings.
- Support planning and logistics for meetings and events, ensuring efficient follow-through.
Requirements
- HND/BSc in Office Administration, Business Studies, or related field
- 3+ years in an administrative or secretarial role, preferably within a corporate environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Presentable and professional demeanor suitable for client-facing interactions
- Punctual, reliable, adaptable, and capable of handling confidential information.
