JOB OBJECTIVES:

Under the management of the Compensation and Benefits Manager, you participate in the definition and implementation of personal insurance policies for the federal network (Headquarters Staff, National Associations, International Staff and National Staff).

Your main missions are as follows:

  1. Strategy and Management:
  • Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of insurance policies.
  • Coordinate its actions with other entities (headquarters, national associations, fields).

2. Standard and Expertise:

  • Participate in the production and improvement of insurance-related frameworks for staff (national, international, headquarters).
  • Support the deployment of insurance processes, tools and policies.
  • Ensure monitoring and benchmarks on the practices of similar organizations.
  • Provide expertise in cross-functional projects and ensure compliance with procedures (declaration of travel to high-risk countries).

3. Operational implementation:

  • Insurance Contract Management: Manage calls for tender, negotiations, budgets and indicators related to contracts, while ensuring their compliance and optimization.
  • Administrative management: Ensure the efficiency of the affiliation, deregistration and claims management processes, while supporting the Personnel Administration on specific cases.
  • Internal communication: Coordinate communications, update information on social security schemes and represent the organization within its scope.

REQUIRED PROFILE:

  • You have at least 5 years of experience in the same type of position or in benefits management
  • You have solid knowledge of social law and/or insurance contract management
  • You have excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • You demonstrate rigor and proactivity
  • You are proficient in office tools (Excel, PowerPoint)

ACCESSIBILITY OF THE WORKPLACE:

The premises are easily accessible by public transport (bus, metro). A car park and a bicycle park are also available. Within the building, access ramps and elevators guarantee better circulation. All workstations are located in Open Space but boxes are available on each floor to work in peace if necessary. The workspace is very bright.
