Job Title: Personal Assistant to the MD
Location: Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
- Manage MD’s schedule, correspondence, and travel arrangements.
- Handle confidential documents and information.
- Organize meetings, prepare minutes, and follow up on action items.
- Act as the first point of contact between MD and internal/external parties.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, or related field.
- 2 – 4 years of PA or Executive Assistant experience.
- Excellent organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and scheduling tools.
Salary
N100,000 – N150,000 / month.
