Job Title: Personal Assistant to the MD
Location: Abuja (FCT)
About the Role
- We’re looking for a Personal Assistant to support the MD in daily operations.
- This person will be the right hand to the executive—managing calendars, coordinating tasks, and ensuring things don’t slip through the cracks.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize the MD’s calendar, appointments, and travel plans
- Handle confidential information with utmost discretion
- Act as a liaison between the MD and internal teams, partners, and stakeholders
- Track key deliverables across departments and ensure timely execution
- Draft, edit, and manage official correspondence, reports, and presentations
- Prepare briefing materials, agendas, and notes ahead of meetings
- Coordinate and follow up on decisions made during leadership and strategy meetings
- Help plan and execute internal events, board meetings, and strategy sessions
- Anticipate the MD’s needs and proactively solve operational bottlenecks
- Maintain a clear system for tracking deadlines, goals, and follow-through tasks.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Social Sciences, or related field
- 3 – 4 years experience in an administrative, personal assistant, or executive support role
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High emotional intelligence, discretion, and professionalism
- Proficient in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office Suite
- Must be willing to relocate to Abuja (accommodation provided).
Salary
N180,000 – N250,000 monthly.
