Job Title: Personal Assistant to the CEO

Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

About the Role

  • We are looking for a highly organized, resourceful, and proactive Personal Assistant to provide dedicated support to the CEO.
  • The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to anticipate needs and take initiative in managing both professional and personal tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop a deep understanding of the CEO’s preferences, priorities, and work style to effectively anticipate needs.
  • Manage daily schedules, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Handle wardrobe coordination, personal shopping, and other personal errands as required.
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
  • Assist with general administrative duties and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Requirements & Skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and general computer applications.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
  • Prior experience supporting an executive or in a similar role is an advantage.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience.
