Job Summary
- We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to provide efficient day-to-day support.
- The role requires a professional who is discreet, resourceful, and capable of managing diverse tasks while ensuring smooth operations across personal and business engagements.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Coordinate meetings, events, and social or business engagements.
- Handle correspondence, phone calls, and inquiries professionally.
- Assist with administrative tasks, project coordination, and documentation.
- Liaise with service providers, vendors, and partners as required.
- Run errands and support household or business-related activities.
- Maintain confidentiality and discretion at all times
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or relevant qualification preferred.
- Prior experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar role.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency with MS Office and digital productivity tools.
- High level of discretion, professionalism, and adaptability.
Salary
N120,000 – N150,000 / Month.
