We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Personal Assistant

Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

  • Act as the point of contact between the manager and internal/external clients
  • Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence
  • Handle requests and queries appropriately
  • Manage diary and schedule meetings and appointments and make travel arrangements
  • Produce reports, presentations and briefs and also devise and maintain office filing system

Requirements

  • BSc / HND graduate in a related field
  • 2-3 years of work experience in a similar role
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Candidate must be tech-savvy

Salary
N250,000 monthly
