Job Title: Personal Assistant

Job Description

  • In this role, The Personal Assistant will work closely with the Creative Director, handling a variety of tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the business.
  • This role requires a high level of discretion, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment. The ideal candidate must be proactive, detail-oriented, and have a strong interest in the beauty and fashion industry.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the Creative Director’s schedule, including appointments, meetings, and personal commitments. Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls on behalf of the owner.
  • Act as a liaison between the Creative Director and clients.
  • Schedule client appointments, send reminders, and ensure a high level of client satisfaction.
  • Assist with the management of salon operations, including inventory tracking, ordering supplies, and managing vendor relationships.
  • Assist in managing the salon’s social media accounts, posting content, and responding to inquiries. Help coordinate marketing efforts and promotions.
  • Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks, including tracking expenses and managing invoices.
  • Coordinate events, promotions, and special activities at the salon, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
  • Handle personal errands and tasks for the Creative Director as needed, such as shopping, reservations, and other personal matters.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality regarding all personal and business-related information.

Person Specification

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a relevant field.
  • Proven experience as a personal assistant, preferably within the beauty or fashion industry.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and social media platforms.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Discretion and confidentiality are essential.
  • A keen interest in the beauty and fashion industry.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to changing demands.

Salary
N200,000 / month.
