Job Title: Pastry Chef (A La Carte)

Job Description
- Prepare and bake a variety of pastries, desserts, breads, and other baked goods following standardized recipes.
- Decorate and present pastries and desserts in an attractive and creative manner.
- Measure and mix ingredients accurately to ensure consistency and quality.
- Monitor oven temperatures and baking times to achieve perfect textures and flavors.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation, adhering to hygiene and food safety standards.
- Develop new pastry recipes or variations based on seasonal ingredients or customer preferences.
- Manage inventory of baking ingredients and supplies, ensuring freshness and availability.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate production and meet service timelines.
Requirements
- Must reside within the axis of Ago Palace Way, Okota, Lagos state.
Salary
N60,000 – N70,000 monthly.
