Job Summary

  • We are seeking a Partner Solutions Engineer to join our growing team in Lagos.
  • This role is critical in supporting Clients Partners by delivering pre-sales technical expertise to mid-market and enterprise clients.
  • You’ll be responsible for understanding client needs, recommending tailored solutions using the company’s product suite, and ensuring a seamless transition from pre-sales to implementation.
  • The ideal candidate is technically sound, client-focused, and thrives in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
  • You will work closely with product teams, implementation experts, and partner networks to drive solution adoption and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with the Clients Partners and enterprise clients to understand business requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
  • Conduct pre-sales technical consultation and deliver product demos tailored to client needs.
  • Create and present compelling commercial and technical proposals, including pricing, features, and integration support.
  • Assist partners and clients in planning and designing architecture and workflows using the company’s product portfolio.
  • Deliver training sessions and technical presentations internally and externally.
  • Serve as a bridge between the customer and the implementation/project teams to ensure smooth delivery transitions.
  • Collaborate with Product Management to relay customer feedback, feature requests, and technical issues.
  • Contribute to technical documentation, sales collateral, and solution templates.
  • Stay current with product updates, market trends, and competitor solutions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in a similar role (technical pre-sales, solutions engineering, or technical consultancy).
  • Experience working with SaaS platforms or cloud-based business applications is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of APIs, system integration, data flows, and cloud architectures.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical ideas for diverse audiences.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
  • Familiarity with business application suites is an added advantage.

Preferred Skills: 

  • Experience supporting channel or partner-led sales is highly desirable.
  • Working knowledge of CRMs, ERPs, or project management software.
  • Ability to handle client objections and think on your feet.
  • Passion for technology and continuous learning.
