Job Summary
- We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Sachet Packaging Machine Operator to join our production team.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining sachet packaging machinery to ensure efficient and accurate packaging of products.
- This role requires a keen eye for quality control, strong mechanical aptitude, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Job Description
- Set up and operate sachet packaging machines according to standard operating procedures and production schedules.
- Inspect and monitor packaged products to ensure they meet quality standards, including proper sealing, filling, and labeling.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on packaging machines to minimize downtime and ensure smooth operation.
- Monitor and manage supplies such as film rolls, sachet materials, and other packaging components. Report shortages or issues to the supervisor.
- Maintain accurate records of production runs, machine performance, and any issues encountered. Complete necessary documentation and reports.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment. Report any safety hazards or incidents to the supervisor immediately.
- Work closely with other team members and departments to ensure timely and efficient production processes.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field; additional technical training or certification in machine operation is a plus.
- Proven experience operating sachet packaging machines or similar packaging equipment is preferred.
- Basic mechanical skills and the ability to perform minor repairs and adjustments on machinery.
- Capable of working in a manufacturing environment with varying temperatures and noise levels.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues with machinery or packaging processes.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
