Job Summary
- We’re looking for a detail-oriented Order Confirmation Specialist.
- This role involves confirming orders, ensuring accuracy, and providing excellent customer service to enhance our customers’ shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Order Confirmation: Review and confirm customer orders promptly, ensuring accuracy of products, quantities, and delivery details.
- Customer Communication: Proactively communicate with customers regarding order status, addressing queries and concerns.
- Order Processing: Assist in smooth processing of orders, liaising with logistics and inventory teams as needed.
- Accuracy and Quality Control: Ensure order details are accurate to minimize errors and returns.
- Customer Service: Provide responsive and helpful service to customers, contributing to high customer satisfaction.
- Reporting: Assist in generating reports on order confirmations and customer interactions.
Qualifications
- Minimum Qualification: SSCE / NCE / ND qualification.
- Experience: Previous experience in customer service or order management in e-commerce is an advantage.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail to ensure order accuracy.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and basic computer skills.
