Job Description
- Operation Management: Operate the quarry plant efficiently to achieve required production capacities.
- Workforce Management: Allocate and supervise tasks among the workforce to ensure smooth operations.
- Production Quality & Quantity: Ensure that daily production meets both quality and quantity standards.
- Machine Maintenance: Perform daily and routine maintenance of the quarry machinery to ensure optimal performance.
- Plant Maintenance: Maintain the plant to achieve zero downtime, ensuring continuous and efficient operations.
Requirements
- Educational Qualification: Trade Certificate / Secondary Education / ND in Mechanical Engineering
- Experience: 2 to 7 Years (At least 2 years of experience as a Quarry Operator or Quarry Mechanic).
