Job Title: Operations Officer

Location: Ikeja, Lagos

Job Summary

  • Our client is looking for someone to join their dynamic team as an operations intern. The suitable candidate is expected to be willing to learn, stay motivated, and be computer savvy to thrive on the job.

Responsibilities
Backend Data Upload:

  • Upload and manage product information on the backend of our e-commerce website(WordPress).
  • Ensure accuracy and consistency of data entry to maintain an updated online catalog.
  • Logistics Coordination
  • Arrange and coordinate logistics, including coordinating with courier services for deliveries and order fulfillment.
  • Track shipments and ensure timely and efficient delivery to customers.

Customer Liaison:

  • Provide support to walk-in customers by addressing inquiries, assisting with purchases, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person interactions.

Support Operations Team:

  • Collaborate with the operations team to streamline processes and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Website wordpress) maintenance
  • Assist in identifying areas for improvement in backend operations and proposing solutions.

Requirements

  • ND holder in Business Management or a related discipline.
  • Computer savvy with proficiency in MS Office Suite and data entry.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Live in Ikeja and its environs.

Remuneration
N50,000 – N60,000 / Month.
