Job Title: Operations Manager

Summary
- We’re looking for a highly organized, proactive, and result-driven Operations Manager to oversee daily operations across our business units and ensure smooth execution of supply chain, logistics, product distribution, e-commerce fulfilment, and dropshipping processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate day-to-day operations across procurement, logistics, and e-commerce divisions.
- Oversee product sourcing, inventory tracking, and timely fulfillment of customer orders.
- Manage the Dropship Africa partnership operations, ensuring prompt product updates and delivery.
- Ensures seamless customer experience.
- Identify process bottlenecks and implement improvements for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Monitor performance metrics and generate operational reports for management.
- Supervise and train operational staff to meet key performance indicators.
- Be involved and make contributions to the company’s business development activities.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Operations, or related fields
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Operations Management, Logistics, or E-commerce.
- Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in digital tools such as Microsoft Excel, Google Workspace, and project management software.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Experience working in an e-commerce or procurement-based company is a major advantage.
Salary
N130,000 – N150,000 monthly.
