Job Summary
- As our Operations Manager, you’ll oversee the day-to-day operations of the company, ensuring that all business functions are efficiently coordinated and aligned with the company’s strategic goals.
Responsibilities
- Implement and manage operational strategies to achieve business goals and lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team.
- Analyze and improve organizational processes to enhance efficiency and manage budgets and optimize expenses to improve profitability.
- Ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction by maintaining service quality standards and ensuring compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Manage inventory levels and ensure the timely procurement of supplies.
- Lead and manage operational projects from inception to completion.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in operations management or a similar role, preferably within a hospital, spa, or related industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Proficient in using operations management software and tools.
Salary
N250,000- N350,000 Monthly.
