Job Summary

  • Our client is seeking to employ an Operations and Project Officer in the real estate sector who will be responsible for managing and coordinating various operational activities and projects within the real estate organization.
  • This position requires a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive individual who can effectively oversee day-to-day operations, facilitate project execution, and collaborate with different teams to ensure the successful completion of real estate projects.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with project managers, developers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project execution from inception to completion.
  • Assist in creating project plans, timelines, and budgets for real estate developments.
  • Monitor project progress and milestones, ensuring adherence to timelines and budget constraints.
  • Coordinate project-related communication and documentation among team members and stakeholders.
  • Implement and improve operational policies, procedures, and guidelines to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in real estate operations.
  • Streamline internal processes and workflows to optimize resource allocation and maximize productivity.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with industry regulations and organizational standards.
  • Assist in preparing and monitoring budgets for real estate projects, tracking expenses, and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate financial reporting and cost control.
  • Identify potential risks and challenges in real estate projects and operations, and implement risk mitigation strategies.
  • Foster positive relationships with clients, vendors, contractors, and other stakeholders involved in real estate projects.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in project management and operations coordination within the real estate industry.
  • Knowledge of real estate development processes, construction practices, and regulations.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with budgeting, financial reporting, and cost control in real estate projects.
  • Demonstrated commitment to quality assurance and attention to detail.

Salary
N100,000 / month.
