Created in 1979, Action Against Hunger is an international non-governmental organization that fights hunger in the world. Its charter of humanitarian principles – independence, neutrality, non-discrimination, free and direct access to victims, professionalism, transparency – has been the basis of its identity for more than 40 years. Its mission is to save lives by eliminating hunger through the prevention, detection and treatment of undernutrition, in particular during and after emergencies related to conflicts and natural disasters. Action Against Hunger coordinates its programs around 5 areas of activity: Nutrition and Health – Mental Health, Psychosocial Support and Protection – Food Safety and Ways of Existence – Water, Health, Sanitation and Hygiene – Advocacy. Within the Operations Directorate, you will have the responsibility to support the field and headquarters teams to ensure quality, quality and, the technical relevance and innovation of ACF interventions in Mental Health and Psychosocial Follow-up.
More specifically, you will :
Provide technical advice to missions by advising Department Managers (RDDs) SMSP and providing them with a capitalization strategy, supporting technical choices in proposals, etc, by encouraging the partnership approach.
Promote and evaluate the technical quality of interventions by contributing to the definition and updating of intervention strategies developed by missions, including, disseminating internal technical standards and assessing their compliance, verifying the implementation of the capitalization strategy, analysing monitoring indicators.
Develop the technical expertise of the teams by capitalizing on the good practices developed on the missions, by proposing existing or new technical approaches to the missions, by designing training modules and animating them.
Participate in the management of human resources in the business sector by conducting technical recruitment interviews, correcting technical tests, participating in affection meetings, participating in briefs/debriefs of expatriates, ensuring the role of technical referent of the RDD.

You hold a Bac+5 higher education in the technical field of reference, Mental Health Psychosocial Support
You have at least 3 years of humanitarian experience, including 1 year in a coordination position.
Field experience with ACF is a plus.
You master the techniques of accompaniment and development of the skills of employees
You master the methods of project management (PCM)
You are endowed with the following qualities: rigor, sense of organization and management of priorities
Mastery of French and English imperative.
