Job Title: Operation Assistant
Location: Ketu, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Working Hours: Monday to Saturday, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Position Summary
- As an Operations Assistant, you will provide hands-on support across our factory operations, working closely with the Vendor Manager to supervise tailors, monitor vendor activities, and ensure smooth workflow from production to delivery.
- This role is ideal for proactive, organized individuals with strong coordination and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Vendor Manager in coordinating daily factory operations and supervising tailors.
- Monitor, track, and report on vendor and tailor performance.
- Supervise and optimize vendor activities to ensure on-time delivery and quality compliance.
- Collaborate with procurement, quality control, and logistics teams for seamless operations.
- Identify and resolve process bottlenecks across the supply chain.
- Maintain accurate documentation of supply movements and vendor interactions.
Requirements
- First Degree in any relevant field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in operations,or vendor coordination.
- Experience in fashion, manufacturing, or similar industries is an advantage.
- Excellent organization and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work both day and night shifts as required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proximity to the Ketu axis is mandatory.
Compensation
- Net salary: N150,000 – N170,000 / Month.
