Job Title: Open Market Sales Representative
Location: Idumota, Lagos
Job Description
- As a Marketer/Sales Executive, you will play a key role in driving sales growth and expanding market reach for the company’s products or services.
- Your responsibilities include identifying potential customers, developing marketing campaigns, and nurturing client relationships to achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Locate and connect with potential customers in open market environments.
- Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to promote products or services, increase brand awareness, and drive customer engagement.
- Present products or services, highlighting their benefits and addressing customer needs.
- Establish and maintain positive connections with customers to foster repeat business.
- Build and maintain relationships with existing clients, addressing their needs, resolving issues, and providing ongoing support to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Achieve agreed-upon sales goals and quotas.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
- Track sales performance and provide regular reports to management.
Requirements
- OND / HND / NCE / B.Sc is required.
- Prior experience in cosmetic sales is required.
- Proximity to Idumota is desirable.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate product features, benefits, and value propositions to customers.
- Strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to analyze market data, identify trends, and develop targeted marketing campaigns.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating initiative, drive, and resilience in a dynamic and competitive sales environment.
