Job Description

  • Maintain a customer service approach with focus on Form M , PAAR, and NXP queries with the aim of providing a level of service which is of high quality and consistent with the standard of service delivered by other members of the Standard Bank Group.
  • To enhance Trade Front End resource capacity to achieve business objectives in line with the Business Support strategy and the Bank’s vision & values.
  • Ensure successful after sales service of all solutions delivered by Client Services and maintain a proactive means of identifying customers’ needs and service preferences. Consistently support the Trade queries and reporting desk.

Qualifications

  • Relevant Degree (BSc)
  • Minimum of one year customer experience on Trade related transactions
  • General knowledge of banking products, Import processes in the Nigeria
  • High customer service relations, ethic and responsibility
  • Strong written, verbal communication skills and product/client presentation skills
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office – (Word)
