Job Title: Office Staff

Location: Abuja Steel Mills Compound, Abuja-Kaduna Road, Abuja (FCT) 

Job Summary

  • We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Office Staff to manage stock, coordinate logistics, and handle administrative tasks related to plywood and related materials.
  • This role requires efficiency in office operations, organization, and communication skills to support the business workflow.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain stock records of plywood and ensure accurate documentation
  • Supervise loading/offloading of plywood in the absence of warehouse supporting staff
  • Coordinate with Cullet Suppliers to ensure timely delivery and stock management
  • Track and follow up on HST Vehicles while on the road
  • Manage follow-ups for Empty Box returns and related inventory
  • Prepare Cullet and Empty Box Invoices for accurate financial tracking
  • File office paperwork and ensure proper documentation management
  • Maintain account ledger and petty cash records for financial accountability
  • Coordinate with Weigh Bridge for accurate scaling paper processing (OWAIL & AFGL)
  • Raise Sales Orders (SO) for AFGL to streamline business transactions

Qualifications & Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in office administration, logistics, or inventory management
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to work independently and coordinate multiple tasks efficiently
  • Familiarity with warehouse operations, invoicing, and stock control
  • Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with suppliers and internal teams.

Salary
N100,000 – N120,000 / month.

  • Transport Allowance: N3,500 (weekly)
  • Phone Expenses: N3,000 (monthly).
