Job Title: Office Secretary / Personal Assistant

Job Summary
- We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Office Secretary / Personal Assistant to support our daily office operations and provide personal administrative support to senior management
- The ideal candidate will manage schedules, handle communication, coordinate meetings, and ensure smooth office functioning while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the executive’s calendar, schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Act as the first point of contact between the executive and internal/external stakeholders
- Handle correspondence (emails, phone calls, memos) and draft responses as necessary.
- Maintain office files, records, and databases with confidentiality.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as requested.
- Organize and coordinate office administrative activities and ensure smooth operations.
- Monitor and order office supplies and manage inventory.
- Take meeting minutes and follow up on action items.
- Perform general clerical duties including filing, photocopying, and data entry.
Requirements
- OND / HND / BSc in Humanities, Office Management, or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Secretary, Personal Assistant, or similar administrative role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion at all times.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a professional demeanor.
- Experience working in a fast-paced or corporate environment.
Salary
