Job Profile:

The office assistant is responsible for cleaning the OSS, and assisting with other administrative functions

Key Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will:

  • Clean and organize OSS before the start of work.
  • Organize meeting areas with all the necessary items.
  • Clean work tools, equipment, and electronics routinely.
  • Ensure toilets are always clean and have the necessary sanitary items.
  • Run official errands for OSS staff.
  • Other administrative duties as assigned.

Qualifications/Experience:

  • WAEC
  • 1 year of relevant work experience.

Technical:

  • Ability to multi-task
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Ability to clean professionally

  • Accepts feedback and takes correction
