Job Title: Office Assistant
Reports To: Program Officer and Operations Manager
Location: Lagos, Edo, and Kano

Job Summary

The Office assistant will be responsible for managing administrative tasks and providing excellent customer service, and above all, contribute to the smooth functioning of the project.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain security by following procedures and monitoring the visitor logbook.
  • Keep accurate records and track the usage of official vehicles.
  • Monitor and supervise the activities and performance of office cleaners and security personnel.
  • Ensure the First Aid kits are stocked and replenished with genuine medications.
  • Collaborate with the line manager to organize meetings and conferences, ensuring their effective delivery.
  • Facilitate flight bookings for staff and guests, and make other local and international travel arrangements, ensuring cost-efficiency.
  • Maintain an updated asset register and monitor asset movement within the office.
  • Provide logistical support for all project workshops and training sessions.
  • Ensure all office equipment is properly maintained and functional.
  • Keep the office well-stocked with necessary supplies, stationery, and consumables.
  • Maintain accurate records and inventory of office supplies and monitor their usage..

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements: 

  • A minimum BSc./HND certificate is required.
