Job Title: New Product Development Team Member (Cosmetics)

Job Summary
- This team will play a vital role in driving the success of their product portfolio within the cosmetics market by ensuring product visibility, awareness, and usage at the ground level.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and educate shop and salon staff on new and existing cosmetic SKUs
- Ensure consistent availability, visibility, and awareness of products at retail and salon locations
- Conduct in-store / salon demos and training sessions on product usage
- Monitor product performance and collect on-ground feedback for continuous improvement
- Handle delivery of products to individual shops and salons as required
- Work closely with sales and marketing to support product launches and promotions
- Maintain accurate records of visits, training sessions, and product placements
Requirements
- High school diploma or higher
- Experience in the cosmetics, beauty sector preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to travel frequently within assigned areas
- Self-motivated, organized, and customer-oriented.
