We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Multimedia Design Assistant
Location: Lagos
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic plans for short video operation, including direction setting, creative content planning, and post-production process to ensure high-quality content delivery.
- Regularly conduct data analysis on the performance of poster, short videos, gather user and market feedback, and continuously refine creative strategies and proposals to improve the impact and effectiveness of content.
Requirements
- 1-2 years’ experience in social media design planning and operations. A deep understanding of social media platforms.
- A strong creative vision with a track record of producing innovative content.
- Analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and user feedback to optimize content strategies.
- Proficiency in poster design,video/photo shooting and the using of various design tools (PHOTOSHOPILLUSTRATORSKETCHADOBE PREMIEREFINAL CUTCAPCUT）
- Proficient in English and Urdu for effective communication and collaboration in multilingual environment.
