  • The Monitoring and Evaluation officer will support the development and evolution of organizational performance management framework as well as specific program M&E needs to ensure the quality, and effectiveness of program implementation.
  • The officer will provide assistance to the program staff in developing performance monitoring plans and results frameworks during program design and implementation, creating M&E system, processes and tools, contributing to measuring, analyzing, and reporting results.

Job Requirement:

  • Have excellent report writing and verbal communication
  • Have advanced data collection and analysis skills, quantitative skills, including knowledge of statistical software (excel)
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail required
  • Ability to manage diverse activities and to meet deadlines required; flexibility to changing situations and priorities desired.
  • Proficiency in setting up measuring indicators and frameworks
  • Developing monitoring and evaluation policies, standards, and guidance as well as oversight compliance of same
