Job Title: Mixologist
Location: Fola Osibo, Lekki – Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Work Days: Thursday – Sunday (4pm till late)
Job Summary
- We are looking for a creative and skilled Mixologist to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a passion for crafting cocktails, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to create an enjoyable lounge experience for guests.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a wide range of cocktails, mocktails, and other beverages
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area at all times
- Engage customers warmly and recommend drink options based on preferences
- Monitor inventory and ensure adequate stock of ingredients and bar supplies
- Maintain quality control and consistency in all drink preparations
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards
- Collaborate with management and kitchen team during peak service hours
- Assist in creating new cocktail recipes and seasonal drink menus
Requirements & Skills
- Interested candidates should possess an OND, NCE, HND, or Bachelor’s Degree with 2–3 years’ proven experience as a Mixologist or Bartender in a lounge, bar, or restaurant
- Deep knowledge of cocktail preparation, garnishing, and drink presentation
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Must be punctual, well-groomed, and team-oriented
- Residing within or close to Lekki is an added advantage
Salary
N150,000 / Month.
