Job Summary
- We are seeking a proactive Merchandiser to oversee in-store product presentation, customer engagement, and inventory flow in our electronics showroom.
- The ideal candidate will not only ensure attractive displays but also build customer relationships and drive sales through effective pitching and negotiation.
Key Responsibilities
- Arrange and maintain appealing product displays in the showroom
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate timely replenishment
- Pitch products to walk-in customers and explain key features
- Negotiate and close sales with potential buyers
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Support promotional campaigns and seasonal merchandising plans
- Collaborate with sales team to align displays with sales targets
- Track product performance and report insights
Requirements
- 1–3 years experience in retail merchandising or sales (preferably electronics)
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- Ability to negotiate and communicate product value effectively
- Attention to detail and visual merchandising sense
- Familiarity with electronic products is an added advantage.
