Job Summary
- We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Mechanical Engineer Intern to join our Rolling Mill department.
- The successful candidate will assist in the design, development, and maintenance of mechanical equipment and systems used in the rolling mill process.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in Mechanical Design and Development: Assist mechanical engineers in designing and developing mechanical equipment and systems, including rolling mills, gearboxes, and hydraulic systems.
- Conduct Site Inspections and Troubleshooting: Conduct site inspections to identify mechanical issues and troubleshoot problems with rolling mill equipment and systems.
- Develop and Implement Maintenance Procedures: Assist in developing and implementing maintenance procedures for mechanical equipment and systems, including preventive maintenance schedules and repair protocols.
- Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Collaborate with other departments, including production, quality, and maintenance, to ensure efficient and effective operation of the rolling mill.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess a HND / B.Eng in a related field with 0 – 1 year experience.
