Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain mechanical systems and equipment for various manufacturing processes.
- Conduct feasibility studies and technical assessments to evaluate project viability and performance.
- Oversee installation and commissioning of mechanical equipment and ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve existing mechanical systems for enhanced efficiency and reliability.
- Perform regular maintenance and troubleshooting of mechanical systems to minimize downtime and maintain production schedules.
- Prepare detailed project documentation, including specifications, reports, and manuals for mechanical systems.
- Ensure adherence to safety regulations and best practices in mechanical engineering operations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in mechanical engineering within the construction or manufacturing industry.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical design principles and methodologies.
- Proficiency in CAD software and other engineering design tools.
- Experience in project management and coordination of engineering activities.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
