We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Marketing Strategist

Location: Lagos

Summary

  • We are looking for a Marketing Strategist with a sharp mind, strong digital acumen, and a deep understanding of consumer behavior to join our dynamic team.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop and execute end-to-end marketing strategies for clients across diverse industries (beauty, tech, government, lifestyle, etc.)
  • Analyze market trends, competition, and audience insights to inform creative and campaign direction
  • Collaborate with creative, digital, and account teams to ensure alignment on messaging, content, and KPIs
  • Craft winning proposals, brand plans, and campaign frameworks that drive growth and engagement
  • Present strategic ideas and reports to internal stakeholders and clients with clarity and confidence
  • Monitor and optimize campaign performance based on analytics and feedback.

What We’re Looking For

  • Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree
  • 3+ years of experience in brand strategy, digital marketing, or advertising
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns
  • Excellent writing, presentation, and communication skills
  • Strong understanding of digital platforms, performance marketing, and consumer journeys
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet tight deadlines
  • A strategic thinker who is also a doer – hands-on, resourceful, and adaptable
  • Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads, SEM tools, and content planning platforms is a plus.

Bonus Points:

  • Agency experience
  • Experience with African consumer markets
  • Background in campaign measurement and reporting.
