About the Role
- We are looking for a creative and data-driven Marketing Strategist to join our team in Lagos.
- You will play a key role in developing marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement across multiple channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote our products and services.
- Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities to inform strategy.
- Collaborate with product, sales, and creative teams to align marketing plans with business goals.
- Create and manage campaigns across digital (social media, SEO, email, paid ads) and traditional channels.
- Track campaign performance and optimize using analytics tools such as Google Analytics and HubSpot.
- Present reports and strategic recommendations to senior management.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in a marketing or strategy role.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in marketing analytics tools.
- Experience with digital marketing platforms (e.g., Meta Ads, Google Ads).
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Familiarity with the Nigerian market and consumer trends is a plus.
Salary
N250,000 / month.
