Job Summary

  • The Marketing [Specialist / Manager / Executive] is responsible for planning, developing, and implementing marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, drive sales, and achieve business objectives. 
  • This role involves conducting market research, managing promotional campaigns, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative and effective marketing solutions.

Key Responsibilities
Strategy Development:

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies that align with organizational goals.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, target audience preferences, and competitive positioning.

Campaign Management:

  • Plan and manage marketing campaigns, including digital, print, and event-based promotions.
  • Track and analyze campaign performance to optimize effectiveness and ROI.

Content Creation:

  • Oversee the creation of marketing materials, including brochures, emails, social media posts, and website content.
  • Ensure content aligns with the brand voice and messaging.

Digital Marketing:

  • Manage social media platforms, SEO/SEM strategies, and paid advertising.
  • Monitor analytics tools to measure website traffic, engagement, and conversions.

Collaboration:

  • Work closely with sales, product, and design teams to create cohesive marketing strategies.
  • Coordinate with external agencies and vendors as needed.

Event Management:

  • Plan and execute marketing events, trade shows, or promotional activities to engage target audiences.
  • Develop post-event reports to evaluate success and gather insights.

Budget Management:

  • Develop and manage marketing budgets, ensuring optimal allocation of resources.
  • Monitor expenditures and generate cost-effective strategies.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a similar marketing role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, social media advertising).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Creative mindset with attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneous.

Work Environment:

  • Full-time position.
  • In-office work environment (as applicable).
  • Occasional travel for events or client meetings.

Salary
N70,000 – N100,000 Monthly.
