Job Description

- Our company is a reputable and fast growing auto parts supplier, specializing in high-quality brake pads and other spare parts, serving retail and wholesale clients. We are seeking a dynamic, target-driven, and customer-focused Marketing/Sales Executive to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Marketing:
- Actively market and sell a wide range of auto spare parts (with a focus on brake pads and related products).
- Visit prospective clients (auto parts dealers, mechanics, fleet owners, car servicing centers) to introduce products and close sales.
- Follow up with existing clients to ensure repeat sales, promote new stock, and cross-sell.
- Execute direct marketing activities and promotional campaigns to generate leads.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to drive customer retention.
- Professionally handle client inquiries, feedback, complaints, and product support requests.
- Use a CRM tool to:
- Track leads, sales activities, and customer interactions.
- Maintain accurate client information, purchase history, and follow-ups.
- Generate sales reports and client data analytics for decision-making.
Market Intelligence & Product Knowledge:
- Monitor industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activity.
- Stay updated on all product specifications, benefits, and applications.
- Provide regular feedback to the sales and product team for continuous improvement.
Requirements & Qualifications
- OND / HND / BSc in Marketing, Business Administration, Mechanical Engineering, or any relevant field.
- Minimum of 1 – 2 years’ experience in marketing or sales (auto spare parts experience is a strong advantage).
- Strong knowledge of automotive parts (especially brake systems) is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in CRM tools (or willing to learn quickly).
- Ability to work independently and meet monthly sales targets.
- Must be willing to travel locally for client visits and field sales.
Remuneration
- N180,000 – N200,000 / month.
- Salary: Competitive + Sales Incentives
- Incentive: 10% of monthly profit will be shared among the team when sales targets are met.
