Requirements
- Educational Qualification: A first degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field..
- Work Experience: 1-3 years’ experience in marketing, preferably in a healthcare or insurance setting.
Core Competencies:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and content management systems.
- Basic knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, email marketing tools, and relevant software.
- Creative thinking and strong attention to detail.
- Teamwork and collaboration.
- Empathy and professionalism.
- Organisational and time management skills.
Industry Knowledge (Desirable):
- Knowledge of HMO operations and healthcare systems is an added advantage.
