Job Title: Marketing Executive – South West Region

Locations: Ekiti, Ogun, Ondo, Osun and Oyo
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • Marketing Executive at Skipper Eye-Q Hospital would beresponsible for developing and implementing promotional strategies to increase brand awareness and drive sales.
  • They would work closely with the Marketing Manager and other stakeholders to execute campaigns, analyze results, and optimize future strategies.
  • This role requires strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills, and a deep understanding of market trends and consumer behavior.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute marketing plans for the hospital and its services across the region.
  • Create marketing strategies and campaigns that enhance the hospital brand and increase community awareness across the region.
  • Maintaining relationship with community organization, hosptial and other referral source
  • Creating marketing materials such as flyers, brochures and newsletters to inform the public
  • Developing and implementing promotional campaigns:This includes planning, executing, and managing various marketing initiatives, such as online ads, email marketing, social media campaigns, and in-store promotions.
  • Analyzing campaign performance:Tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and using data to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
  • Collaborating with other departments:Working closely with other teams to ensure alignment and achieve marketing objectives.
  • Staying up-to-date on industry trends:Researching new marketing technologies, techniques, and best practices to stay competitive.
  • Managing marketing budgets and resources:Ensuring that marketing spend is allocated effectively and efficiently.

Required Skills and Experience

  • BBA / MBA in Marketing, Sales, or Business Administration.
  • 3 years of experience in sales, marketing, and business development.
  • Understanding of market trends, sales techniques, and customer engagement.
  • Experience with CRM software, digital marketing tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in Speaking, Reading and Writing of Yoruba language.
