Job Title: Marketing and Sales Executive

Location: Ilupeju, Lagos

About the Role

  • This role is ideal for someone looking to build a career in sales, marketing, and client acquisition especially within the tech and digital services space.
  • As a Marketing & Sales Executive, you’ll execute marketing campaigns, reaching out to prospects, managing follow-ups, and supporting lead generation efforts.
  • You’ll work closely with the Wildfire team and get hands-on experience across multiple aspects of marketing and sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation: Identifying potential clients via online research, social media, and inbound leads.
  • Client Outreach: Execute email campaigns, WhatsApp follow-ups, cold messaging, and social media outreach to prospects.
  • Marketing Execution: Execute digital marketing campaigns across channels (email, social media, content posting) and events.
  • Sales Funnel Coordination: Set up and monitor the sales funnel, track leads, and update CRM tools or trackers with relevant data.
  • Market Research: Conduct basic competitor analysis, audience research, and track trends relevant to Wildfire’s services.
  • Reporting: Provide weekly updates on outreach efforts, lead status, and campaign performance.

Requirements

  • Lagos NYSC corps member or recent graduate with strong internship experience in marketing, business development, or sales.
  • Must be available to work from our Ilupeju office at least 2–3 times a week.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and spoken).
  • Understanding of social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.).
  • Good organizational and follow-up skills.
  • Self-driven, teachable, and eager to learn.
  • Familiarity with Canva and Google Workspace is a plus.
