We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Marketer

Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • We are seeking smart, driven, and persuasive real estate marketers who are passionate about sales and are ready to dominate the market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Actively source and convert leads into paying clients
  • Follow up on leads generated via social media, digital campaigns, referrals, and walk-ins
  • Pitch and sell properties (lands, off-plan developments, houses, etc.) to prospects
  • Conduct site inspections and follow-up visits with clients
  • Create and maintain a database of clients and prospects
  • Assist in developing marketing strategies and executing campaigns
  • Represent the company at exhibitions, trade shows, and events
  • Provide regular feedback on market trends and customer insights
  • Meet and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs
  • Maintain professionalism and strong brand representation in all dealings

Requirements

  • Minimum of OND/HND/BSc in Marketing, Business, or related fields.
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in real estate or a related industry
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong negotiation and presentation abilities
  • Must be residing on the Island or within close proximity (for easy commute and property access)
  • Confident, goal-driven, and result-oriented
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Tech-savvy and familiar with CRM tools is a plus.

Salary
N100,000 – N150,000 per month.
