Job Title: Marketer

Responsibilities
- Client Sourcing: Identify and source potential clients for corporate gifts and promotional products, leveraging your network and marketing expertise.
- Lead Management: Follow up extensively on leads provided by the company, ensuring that each lead is nurtured and converted into a client.
- Sales and Deal Closure: Drive the sales process from prospecting to closing, ensuring that deals are sealed within a 1 to 2-month timeframe.
- Client Engagement: Maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional service and ensuring their needs are met.
- Feedback and Reporting: Provide regular feedback to management on client interactions, deal progress, and any challenges encountered.
- Market Expertise: Bring your marketing expertise to the role, utilizing proven strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
Requirements
- Educational Background: OND or BSc in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Experience: Proven experience in marketing, with a background in insurance sales being a strong advantage.
- Sales Skills: Strong ability to close deals and meet sales targets.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and persuade clients.
- Follow-up Skills: Demonstrated ability to follow up on leads and maintain ongoing communication with potential clients.
- Time Management: Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks to ensure deals are closed within the expected timeframe.
