We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Marine Operations Manager
Location: Port Harcourt – Rivers / Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily vessel and marine operations, ensuring optimal performance and readiness.
- Ensure compliance with ISM Code, ISPS Code, flag state regulations, classification society requirements, and client-specific standards.
- Supervise and provide direction to the Technical Superintendent, HSE Manager, Captains, and Engineers.
- Manage offshore support services, logistics, and coordination of marine assets to meet operational needs.
- Monitor and evaluate crew performance, providing guidance, training, and support to maintain high standards.
- Develop, implement, and review operational procedures to enhance safety, efficiency, and regulatory compliance.
- Prepare and present reports on vessel readiness, operational KPIs, and incident/accident statistics to the General Manager.
- Liaise with clients, port authorities, and regulatory agencies to ensure smooth operations.
- Manage operational budgets and ensure cost-effective use of resources.
- Lead initiatives for continuous improvement in marine operations and safety culture.
Requirements
- Experience: 3-5 years.
- Strong knowledge of ISM/ISPS codes, STCW regulations, and offshore support services.

Salary
N300,000 – N400,000 / month.
