Job Description
- As our Studio Manager & Community Lead who will be the heart of our operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, smooth day-to-day management, and strong community engagement.
Responsibilities
- Answer calls and respond to messages professionally and warmly.
- Schedule and confirm appointments while ensuring an efficient booking system.
- Ensure the studio is always clean, organized, and welcoming.
- Oversee stylists’ adherence to company policies and high service standards.
Requirements
- Experience with Canva, CapCut, or other content creation tools.
- Basic marketing and branding knowledge.
- Previous experience in a salon, spa, or high-end customer service role.
- Excellent at building relationships with customers and partners.
Salary
N150,000 – N250,000 / Month.
