Job Description
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the team or department, ensuring efficient and effective workflow.
- Set goals, objectives, and KPIs for the team, aligning them with company priorities.
- Supervise and support staff, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction.
- Manage budgets and resources, ensuring cost-effective operations and staying within financial constraints.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth cross-functional operations and resolve any issues.
- Analyze performance data and make data-driven decisions to improve processes and outcomes.
- Handle employeerelations, including resolving conflicts, addressing concerns, and fostering a positive work environment.
Requirements
- Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree with 2-4 years experience.
- Must reside within the axis of ago palace way, okota, lagos state.
Salary
N200,000 – N250,000 / Month.
