Job Title: Maintenance Technician – Air Conditioning

Job Description
- Carry out regular servicing of air condition units, repair and ensure routine maintenance check of all cooling equipment within the building facilities.
- Perform inspection, maintenance, repairs, and installation of air conditioning systems, including (FCU) fan coil unit drain line, cooling systems and related equipment.
- Frequent cleaning of FCU filters, routine assessment of chilled water supply systems and replacing (AHU) air handling unit filter as at when due.
- Identify all faulty cooling equipment, perform repairs on the systems and observe preventive maintenance for all HVAC systems.
- Identify maintenance risks on equipment and coordinate efforts with the HVAC maintenance vendors to ensure all systems are functioning perfectly.
- Monitor chilled water line level and ensure an optimal performance of all AHU & chillers.
- Respond to AC faults & related work, repair other maintenance tasks.
- Provide assistance to other maintenance personnel and ensure proper daily logs and records of all maintenance functions.
- Monitor all air conditioning units and schedule maintenance for all heating and cooling units & keep records of all malfunctioning mechanical equipment.
- Work from multiple locations, when required.
- Perform ad hoc duties as may be required from time to time.
Requirement and Skills
- B.Eng in Mechanical Engineering or HND in Mechanical Engineering.
- Technical certification or diploma in HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) systems or related field.
- Apprenticeship or specialized training in air conditioning maintenance and repair is a plus.
Salary
N353,000 – N439,000 monthly.
