Nosagie Holdings is an indigenous registered company, having its headquarters office located in Benin City, Edo State. It provides EPIC and Project Management Services for the Offshore/Onshore Oil & Gas, Refining and Petrochemicals Industries.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Maintenance Officer

Location: Benin City, Edo
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

  • Perform regular inspections and preventive maintenance on electrical systems and equipment across all facilities.
  • Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems (wiring, circuit breakers, transformers, etc.).
  • Maintain uninterrupted electrical supply and backup generators for all facilities.
  • Oversee the maintenance of lighting, HVAC systems, and other electrical equipment.
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on mechanical systems and equipment (pumps, motors, HVAC, etc.).
  • Troubleshoot and repair mechanical components in machinery, vehicles, and equipment.
  • Maintain and monitor factory equipment to minimize downtime.
  • Oversee maintenance of large generators, ensuring operational readiness and compliance.
  • Set and monitor generator performance, conducting routine checks and oil changes.
  • Handle minor plumbing repairs and installations (water systems, drainage, etc.).
  • Ensure that plumbing systems across facilities are functioning properly.
  • Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules for all equipment and systems.
  • Respond to maintenance requests and emergencies promptly.
  • Diagnose issues and take corrective actions for electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and operational regulations.
  • Conduct safety audits on equipment and machinery.
  • Collaborate with other departments (hotel, water factory, engineering,School, etc.) for facility maintenance.
  • Manage maintenance inventory, including tools, spare parts, and consumables.
  • Monitor and order replacement parts as necessary.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, costs, and inventory.
  • Report on major maintenance projects, emergencies, and repairs to management.

Requirements

  • Candidates should possess relevant qualifications in a related field with experience.

Salary
N150,000 – N180,000 / Month.
