Job Title: Maintenance Officer

Job Summary
- We are seeking a proactive and experienced Maintenance Officer to join our production team.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring all machinery and equipment are in top working condition to support uninterrupted production and smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out routine maintenance, repairs, and servicing of machines and equipment.
- Perform periodic inspections and troubleshoot machinery faults.
- Ensure all maintenance activities are completed safely and in compliance with company policies.
- Maintain records of maintenance activities and report equipment status to the line manager.
- Coordinate with production teams to minimize downtime.
- Monitor and replenish maintenance supplies/tools as needed.
Key Requirements
- B.Sc. / HND in Mechanical Engineering
- Minimum of 2 years’ hands-on experience in equipment maintenance, preferably in a manufacturing or production environment.
- Good knowledge of wood manufacturing machine like CNC machine and others.
- Ability to work under pressure and respond to emergencies.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety practices.
